Ready?

Am I ready? No, not really. Will I ever be? Also no. So... let's go. I read a quote yesterday, 'You're not burnt out, you're starving for aliveness.' And yes, that's exactly it. That's why I'm starting Lisa Lynn Creations. Not for career aspirations; I have a job, which I love. I have a family, which I love. I am working toward my Masters of Divinity, which I will love, once it's done. And yet, it's not enough. I need to create. I need to contribute to the world. So I asked myself- where do you feel joy? What gives you those little moments of peace and calm. And the answer is here. I find it in beautiful things. Softness. Candlelight. Pleasant smells. So ready or not, here we go. My journey of creating and curating these items that bring me joy, so that I can share them with all of you, is beginning today. From here we have 36 days to get ready, and then a great big GO on September 15th. Welcome to the journal, and the journey. I'm glad you're here and I hope you find joy along the way with me. - LL
